Ingredients:
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup of sugar
- 1/2 cup of oil
- Juice of 2 oranges (about 1 cup)
*Zest of 1 orange - 2 cups of wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon of baking powder
Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Grease and flour a cake pan.
- In a large bowl, beat the eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the oil, orange juice and orange zest to the egg and sugar mixture, and mix well.
- Add the sifted wheat flour and baking powder to the mixture and stir until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before unmolding.
