Feelings of sadness: what to do when you feel better

That anguish, the feeling that nothing is right, all paths are closed. It seems that all your attempts to make things work were a waste of time, at this moment our soul and emotions are so wounded that it even seems like we are dying little by little, without the courage and strength to continue fighting THIS IS THE GREAT PAIN OF SADNESS.

How and when we get into this situation is the big answer to getting out of it, and what led us to this were failed attempts at success, thinking that you are alone, tired of defeats, not being able to see how incredible you are, many disappointments, little realization.

AND HERE’S MY TIP ON WHAT TO DO TO FEEL BETTER:
1 – Identify the root of the problem and look for solutions
2 – Always have more than one plan for your life, if plan A doesn’t happen you will have other options
3 – Don’t set expectations in people, we are flawed and we make mistakes all the time
4 – Listen to good music and have an ice cream (this one works right away)
5 – Never lose faith in yourself, remember no matter how difficult today is, there will always be a tomorrow
6 – Stop looking at other people’s reality and start working on yours.
7 – Find someone to be your inspiration in life, someone who has at least experienced something similar to your situation and see how they dealt with everything and got to where they are today.
There will always be difficult days in everyone’s life, find your safe haven and stand tall
