If you believe in God, you know that without love we would be nothing. Who loved the world so much that he gave his only son for us? Speaking of children, I believe that our first contact with love comes through our parents, it is there that we experience affection, attention, how loved and important we are. When I think about love, I believe that this is our first love or our disappointment because not everyone is lucky enough to be born into a structured family and capable of fulfilling the basic requirements for being responsible parents. I know there are different realities, but let’s say you were born into a structured family. What did your parents give you as a child? Love, of course loveā¦ Care, time, affection, effort, hugs, smiles, basic needs, words of encouragement, respect, effort, learning, dedicationā¦ and so on…
When we grow up, we often end up donating what we receive or wanting what we never had, and we forget that as humans we are in a constant learning phase and with love it is no different, we need to learn to love!!
Know that love is something light, peaceful and cozy.
Let’s assume you are a person who loves yourself, so what do you offer yourself? War, sadness, conflict, unhappiness, insecurity, frustration? Of course not, you will take care of yourself, work on what you need to improve, dedicate time to yourself, invest in your happiness and tranquility.
